These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Vono's website and the services featured on it. By using the site, the user declares that they accept these terms. If you do not agree, you should refrain from using the site.
1. Purpose
Vono provides an informational website about mobility solutions, relocation, local support and a network of partner drivers in Portugal, aimed at end clients, drivers and companies or partners.
2. Available services and services in development
Vono transparently communicates what is already available and what is in development. Services identified as in development depend on licensing and the applicable legal framework and may not be available at the time of the request.
3. Driver network
Drivers take part in the Vono network under the legal framework of TVDE in Portugal. Vono does not guarantee any level of income. Additional opportunities depend on the profile, availability and compliance with the applicable requirements.
4. Use of the site
The user undertakes to use the site lawfully, not to harm its operation and not to use the content for unauthorised purposes. The information presented is for information only and does not constitute a binding contractual offer.
5. Intellectual property
The content of the site, including texts, brand, logo and graphic elements, is the property of Vono or of third parties who authorised its use, and is protected by intellectual property rights. Reproduction without authorisation is prohibited.
6. Limitation of liability
Vono seeks to keep the information up to date and correct but does not guarantee the absence of errors or omissions. To the extent permitted by law, Vono is not liable for damages resulting from the use of the site or its temporary unavailability.

The site may contain links to third-party sites. Vono is not responsible for the content or the privacy policies of those sites.

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, drawn up in accordance with the GDPR and applicable Portuguese law.

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. In the event of a consumer dispute, the consumer may use the electronic Complaints Book, available at livroreclamacoes.pt, and the competent alternative dispute resolution bodies.

Vono may change these Terms of Use at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the date of the last update.
